Delinquency outstanding balances running close to $600 Billion according to Trepp, a CRE Market Research firm. The percentage of loans that are seriously delinquent (60+ days delinquent, in foreclosure, REO, or non-performing balloons) continue to rise at above average rates.
In June 2025 four of the five main property type delinquency rates increased with US Office sector headlining. As Post Covid policies wane, work from home continue to remain attractive for employers.
